As part of our customer service all products purchased through www.pondsvictoria.com or Rocky Ridge Waterscapes come with full warranties. These products should not be sent back to manufacture as warranties are dealt with in house.  

If a product cannot be fixed the purchaser will receive a new product.

This does not extend the life of the original warranty.   If you have a problem with your product please contact us
